Make note of the player's USAV Membership Number, as we will need that as evidence of being registered for the upcoming season. Leave that blank until player has committed to a specific team/club.
The registration/renewal asks for the player's club team. There is a USAV annual membership fee paid directly to USAV when registering. Register or Renew Player Account with USAV, found on OKRVA website. IF you are UNABLE to attend a specific tryout, please notify one of the Directors to see about coming to an alternate tryout event. Step 4: Come to the Tryout and Complete Registration at Table. Step 3: Fill out Wave Tryout Pre-Registration Form.
(Make sure you note the six-digit USAV Number for Tryout Pre-Registration.)
